Our properties have all been selected with holidays in mind. They are all within easy reach of the attractions of Central Florida and for those who want to explore further afield they are within two hours drive of both the east and west coasts. This includes the resorts on the Gulf of Mexico coast to the west and such places as Cape Kennedy and Daytona on the Atlantic coast to the east. They all have their own cooking facilities. Hawthorn Suites has a small kitchen aimed more at snacks and ready meals but does have a fridge and dishwasher, the rest have kitchens with all the mod cons.
We have excellent relationships with the Management Companies in all our resorts and are also in touch with other owners. Should we not be able to accommodate you in one of our own properties we can probably arrange extra or an alternative home for your holiday.

The resort of Bahama Bay, just to the west of the well known town of Kissimmee and very close to Disneyworld just off of highway 27 is in an area less crowded but well served with supermarkets and restaurants. Near to the golf courses at Celebration, Reunion And the Disney courses. 

Bahama Bay Resort is in a delightful Complex, winner of Virgin Holidays' bronze award in the category of best hotel in Florida 2006, set in gardens with two man made lakes, on the edge of Lake Davenport, a natural lake, has everything to make your stay most agreeable.

Bahama Bay near Disneyworld offers the following facilities;

4 large heated pools with jacuzzis, a tennis court, beach volley ball and a basket ball net.

Gym with locker rooms and showers. Sauna/Spa facility and a hair and beauty salon. A walking trail.

World Quest Resort Orlando is a very new Resort, close to Disney World, the first three blocks of apartments having been completed in July 2006 and another 4 were completed last year. As of May this year no further building work was ongoing. This very stylish Complex is close to the popular area of Lake Buena Vista and just across International Drive South is the entrance to Disney World which includes many of the favourite parks, such as Magic Kingdom and Epcot.

Coral Cay Holidays, this vacation complex of 156 townhouses opened in February 2007.  Our house is in block 9 which was completed in May.  Coral Cay is less than a mile from the junction of the 192 on Old Vineland Road, away from the hustle and bustle of Central Florida but unbelievably close to all the restaurants and services on the 192, just a few miles from the golf courses of Disney World and of course Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Seaworld and the rest of the parks.
