Coral Cay Kissimmee has just opened, the first three blocks were ready for occupation in February of this year.  Our house is in block 9 which was completed in June and is now ready for rental direct from the owner.  Coral Cay is less than a mile from the junction of the 192 on Old Vineland Road, away from the hustle and bustle of Central Florida but unbelievably close to all the restaurants and services on the 192, just a few miles from the golf courses of Disney World and of course Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Seaworld and the rest of the parks.

Our Coral Cay villa is a three bedroomed Town House on two floors with an upstairs Games Room. The Complex is just off the 192 between Kissimmee and Disney World.  Our house is the end house of a terrace.  It fronts onto the estate road but backs onto the central lake of the estate with its views accross the fountain to the club house. 

This Clubhouse and pool is open to all the residents of the Resort. The houses are all fully equiped for self catering but for those who prefer to have their meals prepared for them there are plenty of restaurants just a short drive away.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a games room with a futon are on the first floor.  (Second floor in America). On the ground floor there is a further bedroom and bathroom, an open plan lounge/diner with kitchen and out on the terrace, screened from the occasional mosquito, there is a hot tub for with water jets to soothe away all the aches and pains from a hard day with Mickey Mouse or on the golf course.  Included in the Complex are two play areas for the kids, an exercise track with workout stations, a swimming pool and a comfortable compact cinema in the club house.

The houses come fully equipped with sufficient crockery and cutlery, the kitchen has a fridge with a drinks and ice maker, a cooker, microwave and dishwasher.  The whole house is furnished in warm friendly colours so that you will feel at home as soon as you walk in.  The bedrooms are all carpeted but the lounge and hall is tiled so that you will not have to worry if the kids come in with wet feet from the hot tub.
