Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason.

In the unlikely circumstance that you would need to cancel these are our conditions.

We recommend that at the time of booking that you take out holiday insurance to cover any unforseen expenses.

If it is more than two months before the commencement of your holiday then 50% of your initial 20% deposit will be returned to you.

Between one and two months 20% of the total fee will be retained, anything above this will be returned to you. 

Cancellations within 28 days of arrival, should we be able to re-book the accommodation, we will return the difference between the value of the new booking and the full amount of your original fee less 20% of the total reserved amount.  In the case of our not being able to re-let the apartment the whole amount will be payable
