Customer service

All our Properties are profesionally managed to a high standard. Your keys will be either at the reception desk or, in the case of Coral Cay, in a lock box by the front door of your home to which you will have been given the combination.  All our Management Companies offer a 24 hour emergency call out service. Please check before your arrival the checkin and ckeckout times.

In the unlikely event of anything falling below your expectations please call the Management Company in the first instant but please let us know should it be something you feel that we should know about.  We try to provide accommodation of the highest quality and your comments will be apreciated.
